Is there anyone who use nunchuck?

Is there a people that use nunchuck as their main melee weapon? I mean, the stats are decent and nothing special about it,even a pair of dagger is better in my opinion

I used to use the Ninkondi as my go-to melee weapon, though that's been a long time past. It's a halfway decent melee weapon with good status chance, and would probably be fairly effective with a Condition Overload build. The Ninkondi, however, is the only of the two nunchaku you should ever consider using; unless the upcoming melee rework changes things, you should pretend the Shaku doesn't even exist (until you need to rank it up for Mastery, that is). In spite of requiring a built Ninkondi as a crafting material, Shaku pretty much throws away everything that's good about the Ninkondi (high status chance, versatile Electric as the base damage type, even some of its not-so-high crit chance) in favor of a rather insignificant increase in base attack speed and damage; pure Impact, not exactly the most popular damage type.

this is false, in fact, shotguns are worthless for the following
1: eidolon hunts
2: stealth missions where you actually stealth
3: non-eso focus farming
4: poe
5: not needing to reload every 2 seconds
6: actually being able to outdamage your teammates in anywhere with any range

I dont know if you just built the tigris prime and need to feel good about it, but your flat out wrong

as for op, nikondi is alright, nothing special, but usable, but the alternative is pretty bad. personally I think currently the games nunchucks are more like numbchucks, because they do really feel like impact based dual daggers

Well, it's wrong. So everyone else will treat it as an opinion, a wrong one, and correct you for the sake of the OP who wants to have a decent thread.

As for the OP.

I only use swords because I'm a weeb, but nunchucku always seemed fun in this game. But I'm not building anymore weapons anytime soon.

I use them only for fun, my main is Galatine Prime or War because of the DMG and reach.

No they are pretty bad.

I haven't used them in a while, but they're fairly powerful. Their only stance is fast with multi hit attacks, good for building combo and getting status effects. Ninkondi is the only one worth using, and can be built for hybrid crit/status fairly well with a gas condition overload build. They also put healing return to better use than most weapons, which is nice.
