how do i get steel meridian standing?

you equip sigil in appearence menu and you get standings as % of affinity from missions with respective warframe

Wear their sigil during missions to have some affinity convert to [your syndicate] standing. You can wear up to 2 at once (1 of each syndicate I mean, 1 on front and 1 on back). Also by completing daily missions assigned by the syndicates at the syndicate panel (where the Simaris stuff appears). About which syndicates to work and how to balance them, I'lll let other people go deeper into that topic.

As above, equip sigil and just play normally. The daily standing is capped though 1000 + (1000 x MR). You can also do the Syndicate missions on the top right of navigation. Though the important thing is you are doing it so you can find the Medallions scattered on the map. If you go to a syndicate rep in the relay, you can trade in all the medallions you find for standing. The standing you get via medallions are outside the daily cap.

Great game, tons of free content. Support devs if you ever get the chance. Biggest con is that you have to learn everything yourself. This game is not given the credit it is due.This game is basiclly Destiny but before it came out lol. HFGL

thats also something i need answered.
ive been "attacked" by the stalker dude several times now, he just goes invisible and 2 shots me. is there some technique to kill him`?
