Regulator + magnum force

So regulator has 100 accuracy, it goes down when putting magnum force, is it really gonna make the shoot less accurate or is it not affected?

As far as thought experiments go, it's probably hard to tell whether or not it has any effect. This sort of thing is hard to test. I guess you'd have to make an enemy invincibile or something, standing still far away, and take shots very slowly to see if any ever miss...?

It also might be something people are hesitant to test, because magnum force is a really bad mod and people wouldn't use it even if the accuracy penalty didn't exist. Hell, DE even went and released another pistol damage mod in one of the stupid plains sets that is just straight up more damage that magnum force without a drawback.
