help: what do the numbers mean in amps as in amp assembly?
what is 223, and how do you decipher it?

It means what Tier they are and what order they're in.

If you want the best amp against eidolons would recommend 3-2-3 over 2-2-3 because of Granmu's usefulness at range. Shwaak is better against regular enemies but who uses amps against regular enemies anyway.
