Tyl Regor is one of if not the most frustrating boss to solo
Invisible 85% of the time.
Stuns on EVERY hit.
Recharges Shield instantly.

I want TO FIGHT HIM.
Not play ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hide and seek after every time he stunlocks me

Well for some reason DE has an issue with us insta killing things. Even though there are games like Diablo where that is kind of the whole point just climbing the difficulty ranks until you can't handle it anymore. I guess they don't like that so instead we get annoying gimmicks like this.

You need to get some better mods to upgrade your Warframe and weapons.
He stays invisible until you kill the Manics he spawns.

also Tyl Regor primarily uses melee weapons to do damage to you.
You're a space ninja, use parkour to get away from his melee range.

I get that, but as a melee focused player staying far away doesnt work.
My heat sword has 60 mod cap and is fully slotted with mods, I can barely break through his shields when I die and revive ( so I cant get stunned ) and use speed up ability as volt.

Melee isn't really that great against Tyl Regor, who is also melee oriented.
It's way easier to just shoot him from out of his melee range.

Start adapting, or go PUB and get carried by people struggling to farm equinox.

Truthfully, that's your problem there: the Heat Sword is not that great of a weapon. It can be made alright with more powerful or leveled up mods, but doubtful that you're at that point if you're using the Heat Sword to begin with.

At any rate, Tyl Regor possible to fight melee only, but again, not likely with such a low weapons and underperforming modding. So don't consign yourself to strict melee orientation, use your guns more. Scan him, or look him up on the wiki, and see what kind of damage he's weak to. Viral/Heat/Slash for his health, Magnetic/Cold/Impact for his shields, and Radiation/Cold/Puncture for his armor. So I suggest a decent Puncture or Slash weapon modded for Radiation ( Heat+Electricity ) and Cold. That should cover all his weakness fairly well, and make hurting him quicker. As for his own attacks, it really isn't suggested unless you're tanky and/or skilled enough against him to go at it melee only, because he can hurt. And his Drekhar Manics can be dangerous if you're overwhelmed. Use a firearm with a hefty punch, shoot him Indiana Jones style.

You will definitely gonna have a bad time trying to melee fight against later bosses like Lephantis and Kela if you kept playing melee centric. Adapt to other strategy and shoot them instead of going full melee.

In my list of things I hate in video games, #1 is: "Bosses with invincibility phases".

It drags out fights MUCH MUCH longer than they need to be.

exaggeration doesn't do anything for your point. He's invisible half the time because that's how he repositions himself. He stuns you because you're not blocking/channelling while blocking, and you're supposed to avoid his hits anyways. Keep distance and get slide attack hits in to quickly hit him and keep making distance. And his shields do not recharge instantly, just quickly. Follow my advice about his weaknesses above^ to do enough damage quickly and make his shield recharge negligible.

Plenty of people can solo him, and it's not just purely because of stat pumping or cheesing. You simply have to learn them, and figure out how to make it easier on yourself.

It has to be because of stat pumping. If you want to block his attacks you will never get enough attacks in of your own. My fully upgraded heat sword and my Paris both have Radiation and cold, and also deal Slash and Puncture damage respectively.

Ill fight him with an unmodded Skana if I have to to prove it to you.
Or show me your build and I'll copy it and try it :v

If you're already used the mechanical advice I've given, then from there it's just an issue of getting better, I guess. No offense, but you know what I mean. He's not impossible to solo
