How do I complete the "apostasy prologue"

I go and kneel by the window in my living quaters... and nothing happens.

It's not actually the window, I think, it's some glowing spot right in the middle of the room. Do you have the Harrow quest done?

(i could also be wrong and it could be by the window, i do not remember where the glowing spot was)

you're not supposed to kneel.
You should see a purple ball of light, moving towards it would trigger the quest.
You need to complete Chains of Harrow first.

also, if you have completed the prerequisites and the ball of light does not show up in the livingquarters, you may have to restart the game.

How do i get to the strata relay? I need it for the chains of harrow missions, but i can't click on it in navigation.

Strata relay was destroyed ages ago, you need to complete the Mot mission in the Void for the quest
