What's the best gun for Eidolons?
I'm like, that one dude who goes Harrow and not Chroma, so my guns tend to suck.
What are the top guns to hunt down teralysts?
build is optional but appreciated

I like opticor. It's got high base damage.

The top weapons all require a riven mod to become one. If you don't want to bother with rivens Vaykor Hek is pretty good, use mouse wheel as the fire button for maximum dps.

Edit: I would not recommend Opticor if you don't have a riven for it. If you want a good riven modded eidolon killer for cheap get a Burston riven and use the mouse wheel fire method I already suggested above. Edit2: Actually don't, I just checked their dps and Vaykor Hek is better.

Edit3: Ok Vaykor Hek is good against the Teralyst but after testing it against the new lysts it's actually pretty horrible. I also tested Opticor w/o riven and it's baaad. With a riven it's very good but without one I would recommend Lanka instead.

I'm using full radiation Vulkar Wraith. Works very well.

As for builds you have to remember that you need to have as much Radiation as possible. You get huge bonuses to damage when using that element against Eidolon.

Recommended would be opticor with its base damage being high and very good crit chance. The drawback is that you need to make every shot count. Its fire rate is the main problem.

A big big big big gun

Oh wait......opticor

keep in mind that multishot doesn't really work on Teralyst.

Good thing I've a Vulkar Wraith Riven that both gives more damage and forces a radiation build.

Arca plasmor, not only very high base radiation damage (the one he is weakest to) but also ok crit and great status chance

Has anyone done the 3 scans yet to see if the new Eidolons are still weak to Radiation?

Vectis Prime is really good too imo
Oddly, in last night's fight I found my Euphona Prime to be doing more damage to the Gantulyst than my Opticor was...

Bad idea to specify "great status chance" when Eidolons are 100% immune to status...

i usually use my riven-boosted lanka with radiation build to quickly dispose of the big fellow.

Opticore, alwayse opticore
Kinzuko Feb 10, 2018 @ 5:19pm
i typically use opticor or rubico both built for crits and radiation damage

I already use an opticor for plains stuff anyway for shooting down troop transports, which you also want radiation for, so I just stick with that. Don't have to change my loadout! No riven for it yet, but I still do pretty good damage and buff it up some with Roar and madurai focus.
