I may be - and evidently, based on how many people and even the wiki mentioning it, am - wrong, and that wouldn't by far be the first time the game decides to not give me the reward, but I'm just honestly curious if it bugged out (or was plain luck-less) for anyone else as well.
If you got very lucky with you smeeta I'd seen some people getting something stupid like 4k kuva from a kuva flood.
Resource drop booster doesn't do anything for kuva missions, resource booster does though (those two need a more distinctive name, I know they're coloured differently so you can easily tell them apart in the market, but when describing them it's easy to see why there can be confusion)
Nothing affects sortie rewards either.
Guess I just got super unlucky again with the Kuva farming. Oh well, I'll see if the new missions would work better. Wasting the already-short login reward 3h boosters and packing the cat to not get anything but the 400-something Kuva off of a rather unengaging mission wasn't very fun. And yeah, just looked up to check if I remember wiki mentioning boosters at all, and it does mention it's possible to stack the Booster with Kavat's chance boost, and if you're lucky, another chance boost for some 10k Kuva per run. 25x what I got. I'd want some of that coolness.
Yeah I stopped bringing my smeeta along as the chance of getting the right buff when you get the kuva is pretty low and my carrier prime does a far better job of avoiding getting murdered.
I still don't understand why the rewards don't scale as kuva is one of the few resource where there's already an existing sink for them. After all to get the perfect riven roll it could cost 900 kuva or 9 billion kuva in rerolling. So having a massive stockpile of it's not really going to do much other than mean you've got a slightly better chance at getting a great roll the next time you get a riven.
