How do i access these relays again?

So i don't yet have these relays unlocked

Venus - Vesper (Destroyed)
Earth - Strata (Destroyed)
Europa - Leonov (Destroyed)
Eris - Kuiper (Destroyed)
Pluto - Orcus

Those relays don't show up as assembled so I'm wondering how are we supposed to access them since there's only 4 that are still fully functional especially for when baro ki'teer visits to trade stuff from the void.

You cannot access destroyed Relays. They are destroyed.

So if they are destroyed those ones, are we going to get new ones or what is gonna happen? I mean if all the relays get destroyed where will baro ki'teer go to trade with tenno?

I admit i am new to the game so i don't fully understand everything and the reasoning behind the above mentioned relays being destroyed.

the relays were destroyed because de felt there where to many, to little spread over to much espeicially since each relay can have hundreds of instances
however they are working on a way to rebuild relays and will likely shift fomarian and razorback into events that can destroy relays to keep their numbers as they are and give a reason to rebuild

There was big event at least a year ago. Grineers attacked all relays and succeeded in destroying some of them.

Existing relays can't be destroyed. DE has also revealed that someday we may be able to rebuild those relays and then I can only imagine the struggle between players and the Grineer. I'm curious how things go if Corpus succeeds. Will they simply conquer the relay and use it has their outpost?

Ah okay. That's a good explanation you gave so it makes a bit more sense now to me.

Strata Relay was rebuilt a while ago.
It has a statue of Ember in the main hall and the interior decor is done in a fire theme.
Maroo moved her Bazaar to Mars when Strata reopened.
