Nidus have few build, Atlas have only 1 (whith a little moddification if you want a little more CC or more 1 hit kill huge rooms).
Nidus can be fun if you like more stationary gameplay. But you can play and Atlas stationary.
But for my opinion - Nidus need open space, Atlass better in corridor-like location.
But if you have all frames - there more fun frames and weapons then Nidus and Atlas, they not really about fun.
