Ceres Prosecutor not spawing?

I've been some suggested missions after reading the forums, but no matter what mission I do they never seem to spawn. I'm playing on a PC so I don't if it's bugged for me. Also, I only set my matchmaking to solo, but I doubt that has anything to do with it.

Anyone else having this type of issue? I can't start the Jupiter Junction without killing one.

Make sure you're on the Grineer Shipyard tileset. A few missions in Ceres use the Grineer Asteroid Base or Grineer Facility tilesets, which won't spawn Prosecutors.

The easiest way to spawn them is to get an alarm sounded on Exterminate, and then wait. At least one Prosecutor will eventually spawn, accompanied by a notice from the Lotus. Make sure you've got a variety of elemental weapons on hand, because prosecutors are nigh-immune to physical damage.

I always got them on the Vor/Kril assassination.

Pretty much get the alarm to trigger early on and sometime between rushing to the boss and rushing to the exit there was generally at least one Prosecutor spawn. Plus you get the added bonus of grinding whatever Warframe they drop along with the Miter.

Do I have to be a certain mastery level to get it? I jkust tried the assasination one and I still can't get any. I just kept getting guard forces or being surrounded by marines. :(

Also, would it be possible to just initiate a lockdown and wait in some room till Lotus says there's a prosecutor?

As far as I am aware they are pretty much like the Bursa, as long as at least a level 1 alarm is going they have a chance to spawn.

I guess you could in theory force a lockdown but I really don't see how that would help you since the game would hit the spawn cap and stop adding new mobs while you waited in a locked room.

Oh....I didn't know there was a cap. I'm just wondering how some people keep on getting them, but when I repeat a specific mission 10 times I can't seem to gt just one.......Is it mastery rank based maybe?

Just trigger the alarms and keep killing anything that shows up. A prosecutor will eventually present itself. A lockdown doesn't help, since enemies will seldom spawn in the locked room.
