a lot of people hate the shiny rubber texture that some skins have (myself included) as it doesnt take colours that well and looks very washed out

The last few deluxe skins (octavia, mesa and inaros) all use a certain material way too much, which makes it very difficult to color them properly.

Im starting to realize what other people mean, the colors i tried are
P: Bronze
S: Storm orange
T: White
A: Light gray
E: Fire orange.
Since i was coloring inaros it looks good on him, but if i copy the colors to anything else it looks stupid.

Also the actual default colors look really different from his picture, where it looks like what the textures are going to be changed to. I still really like the skin though, but it could be better.

Kinda glad they're changing up his materials a bit. Even though I enjoy somewhat understated colors, I'd rather have muted colors be a deliberate choice, rather than a product of the skin washing out my color choices.

The primary looks like different tints on top of metal with any color making almost all colors look the same, but i think thats supposed to look like that, its supposed to be metallic. Its supposed to be so if you put brown or dark orange on primary it looks bronze.

So what i have right now is kind of similar to the default colors but here it is:
P: Black
S: Storm Orange
T: Orangish yellow
A: Prime Gold color
E: Storm Orange.

it only looks similar because of the weird material, once they change it, this should look really different
