Well the first thing you should do is to change the elemental damage type to corrosive(electric+toxin). After that, follow what the others have already suggested.

Okay.

First: No way in hell am I changing Quickdraw. The reload speed on that thing is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ horrendous.
Second: I would max Primed Target Cracker if I had enough Endo and Credits. Just a thousand more Aytan and a thousand more rounds of Index...
Third: Its going to take a very, very long time until Baro finally comes up with a Primed Pistol Gambit. But if he does sell it, I am instantly going to buy it
Fourth: I don't have an electric dual stat mod for pistols so I can't give it corrsive unfortunately.

Quickdraw is for suckers. Put Stunning Speed in its place. Or ditch both of them, and use Ice Storm - sure, you spend longer reloading, but you also spend longer shooting between reloads, so it's not so big of a deal. Plus additional cold damage - good for Viral, since you can't build Corrosive.

Okay, I replaced Quickdraw with Stunning Speed. But thats about it.

Oh, and I don't do sorties so no rivens for me. Even if I did do them, I would never be able to finish their challenges

I only use it for Nox, Nullies and the like. Riven is far from ideal, but I've left it on just so OP can appreciate the difference in raw damage with a riven
