Question about friends list.
Could someone tell me real quick how you send a message to someone that's on your friends list that's not currently online?

I met someone last night and we played together a bunch but seeing as we are in different countries we're not always online at the same time.

I wanted to tell him a few things but I can't work out how to send him in game mail as we're not Steam friends yet.

the only way you can send a person in your friendlist an in game message who is not online at the time is to Edit a Note on him/her through your friendlist menu, hoping he/she will see it.
as far as i know of, there is no other way, coz messages in the chatbox won't go through if the receiver is not online.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. notes dont work like that, if they did it would be called a MESSAGE.
