Why do we fight the Corpus ?
Something that recently came to my mind.

I understand why we fight the Grineer. Ever since the begining of the game
I get why we fight infested.
But why do we fight the Corpus ? I cant bring up a reason why we would.

Because they have loot we want and sometimes someone else will pay us to do it. Also, if they develop a weapon that might pose a threat to our position as top contractor, we will destroy it. We don't want any competition in the warmongering trade.

You know, Darvo’s a living testiment to why we hate the Corpus.

“This is technically stealing but, don’t feel bad. These guys sell to the Grineer.”

I think the corpus are probably salvagable since we know from encrypted journal fragments that they are often forced, so maybe if we took over and killed the leaders...
The Corpus Crewmen, the bottom of the food chain and not even proper Corpus despite the name, are purpose bred for their different tasks. The implication here is slavery but, I don’t think we could free these slaves. They are, after all, complicit in everything.
but darvos also everything right with the corpus, because who dosen't love darvo and his best friend clem?
Now that I think about it why don't you want to commit genocide for profit against the corpus? You some kind of dirty traitorous corpus sympathiser?

Exactly, there is no other reason aside from personal gain.

Seriously, Tenno are the biggest hypocrites in the Origin System. We won't lift a finger unless we're getting something out of the deal, Ruk was right.
Do bear in mind all the tenno are children so you needn't think too deeply about their motives.

They lost their parents, and rather than help them the orokin screwed around with them and turned them into child soliders. Then after they had won the war for them wanted to wipe them out as a thank you. Now they are awake in a system changed almost beyond recognition with enemies all around them.

The grineer are hunting you from the moment you awake (unless you think captain vor just wanted to make sure you were tucked in). The Corpus want to farm the tenno for components. The infested are... well... infested and there is still orokin and sentient remnants kicking around.

At this point anybody who doesn't open fire the moment they see a tenno will probably earn their loyalty.

^ This. Seriously, all this "the Tenno are the real bad guys" stuff is just annoying at this point
Warframe's gameplay aspects does not affect the lore-perspective on the Tenno. In a real Warframe Universe, You wouldn't have to kill a couple hundred thousand of grineer just for one rare mod or components, not all tenno would be motivated by greed and sell their services as mercs to the Grineer or Corpus (Invasions). Most Tenno would be honorable, always looking to help the weak, stopping malevolent factions from terrorizing the galaxy.
