How do I leave endless void fissure mission

Okay this is ridiculous, fairly new here. I have a bunch of relics so I do a void fissure, there is no way to leave? It just keeps going. So, I had to leave when I ran out of relics, and some rank 20+ was shouting abuse at me, okay? Well, the game doesn't tell me what to do, or how to do it. So how I be blamed for this? How about let me extract after each 5 minutes is up?

So, what should I be doing?

and how do I just avoid "endless" missions, it didn't say "endless" on it, is there a way to identify? I never want to play them again.

Endless missions are survival/defense/interception.And just gather yourself a premade party , so you won't have to put up with some randoms shouting atcha.And.. well... i'm not sure if it's an option , someone correct me if i'm wrong , but can't you press the ,,leave squad'' button and run to extraction?Or , wait for the extraction menu , whatever you're doing at the moment.

Survival, Defense, Excavation, and Interception are Endless.

It sounds like you were in a Survival. The way to extract in a Fissure Survival is to go to Extract with atleast 2 people. And yes, people have been asking for the ablity to solo extract in Survival for a while now.

Only possible in the Plains, currently.

Yeah I guess my first problem was playing with randoms. He should have known as a rank 7 I wasn't going to have like 20 relics to run? But anyway, I guess its partly my fault for not understand that. I'll avoid the endless mission types for now, thanks guys.

The irony being my relics had some gold rewards they all picked, so they should be greatful.

There can be a problem with the map doing some missions.

If a yellow marker is in the direction of the exit it will cover the green exit marker. To see the exit hold M until the big map comes up and use that to find green exit marker.

Most people will only go to Rotation C (20 mins, Wave 20, Round 4). There isn't much reason to go further than that. But you do get some people who will just keep going even if others want to leave.

Endless missions are only good for relics if you're playing with friends. Randoms are extremely unpredictable and after a good amount of endless fissures in public lobbies, I'd recommend staying away from them. Capture/exterminate are arguably faster when it comes to relics and they're pretty straightforward. All endless missions have going for them are the little boosters and free relics every once in a while.

Defense on the other hand is fine imo, as you can extract whenever you want. However you'll probably still get people complaining if you do. But hey, it's up to you!

Beat advice is to communicate beforehand but also know going in that it could last a minimum of 20 miniutes.

Thanks, I noticed this. I usually keep the big map open during Survival for this reason.

Most people will only go to Rotation C (20 mins, Wave 20, Round 4). There isn't much reason to go further than that. But you do get some people who will just keep going even if others want to leave.

Okay that makes sense, I think I left at 15 minutes. I could have stayed much longer but I didn't have any relics, I thought it would be bad to stay like I'm taking up a spot and I assume people would be pissed to play with someone who plays without a relic.

This makes sense thank you, I was fine doing normal ones like capture. I jus ignorantly assumed endless would be like a drop in/drop out, where you keep going until you're out of relecs and then solo extract, and the game just keeps going at a constant difficulty. Although to me that sounds better than the way it is right now.

I haven't witnessed such behaviour myself for months. Usually it's the new player who kindly as to leave and I've been playing only in Public matchmaking for 4 years.
