How does Smite Infusion work?
Is it a percentage, so at 100% it doubles my damage, or is it a flat 100 damage bonus?

In short, it adds 100% of your modded damage (excluding elemental mods) as additional radiation damage. Meaning that it takes your damage values with Serration/Point Blank/Pressure Point/Hornet Strike/etc into account, but ignores any damage added by elemental damage mods.
