My thoughts are that
- Cetus will be overran, people there are forced to move to another colony, or other place such as Iron Wake.
- Grineer bases will be ravaged, nothing will be left after that, Grineer are forced to evacuate
- Sentients will eternally engage with Infested in the Plains
- Tenno have to invade Vay Hek bases to steal the toxin in large amount and deploy a lot of them at once to eradicate Infested and help rebuild Cetus should the deed be done
