Report a translation problem
I noticed I could use either, but if I used both I'd get nasty spotty input lag, especiallywith my mouse, and sometimes with my keyboard as well, even while maintaining 60+ FPS, so it had nothing to do with my performance or graphics options, Which I had already tinkered with before this to no success.
For other people they'll turn off both Dx10 AND Dx11, others additionally will try running without multi threading. (for me that tanked my FPS and wasn't the issue in my case)
