Most efficient way to crack relics

I have about 200 lithe and about half that of the rest each, and I need to crack them sooner or later, (Unless old relics sell for a bit) And i'm trying to figure out if endless is better than single missions (Though endless usually just ends up with even more relics!)

Endless missions. The relics you get from endless missions are upgraded. Also they award boosters after each relic is opened.

Vaulted relics can sell for quite a bit depending on what they are, so you can use something like https://warframe.market/ to check for prices. Normally, I just do endless because it is a lot easier than having to do a single mission over and over to unlock a ton of relics, quick missions like that I find are better suited for rad shares and the like.

Capture maps or exterminate maps, They are the fastest maps to do relics,

Non-endless missions that are very quick, such as Capture, Exterminate, and possibly Rescue, are generally more efficient than endless fissures solely for cracking relics, but endless ones have that "all-in-one" advantage by letting you get more resources, credits, and Void Traces (remember that there are small versions of each type of booster that slowly activate the longer you stay in an endless fissure).

The most efficient way is doing defense missions because then you also get relics back but I understand that this is propably not what you meant by efficient. The fastest way is doing exterminate and capture fissures. In Neo and Axi capture might be a little bit faster.
