Best mods set for Assault Rifle?
I want high damage, fire rate, and accuracy.

I don't mind using Orokin Catalyst if needed but I do mind using rare mods because i don't have em.

First and foremost, you want Serration and Split Chamber on pretty much every primary weapon without question. As for other mods, it depends on the assault rifle. If it's designed for crit (i.e. a base crit chance of ~20% with a 2x multiplier or thereabouts), then you want crit mods like Vital Sense and Point Strike. If it's a status weapon, (i.e. a high fire rate with at least a ~15% base status chance) then you want dual stat mods (those that give +60% status chance and +60% elemental. Most high tier assault rifles are good for both crit and status so you'll be using a lot of these mods on the same weapon.

Other mods to consider, depending on the assault rifle in question, include Heavy Caliber (this kills your accuracy though), Hunter Munitions, basic elemental mods (those that give +90% damage), and really just about anything else that increases damage, crit, status, or multishot significantly. Finally, fire rate can greatly benefit a number of assault rifles by not only increasing their DPS but also their status procs (more bullets = more status) but you'll need to make sure you have ways of replenishing your ammo.

Looks like i'm missing many of these mods you mentioned so i'll try farming them today.

Thank you so much for the help.
