Thoughts on this ''waifu glyph case''

A LGBT warframe partner that has a glyph, saw it in game not long ago myself. Looked it up and found that storm of hate on reddit. Seems like this person is bashing and kicking any english speakers on the discord and streams. Hell even spanish people get bashed for asking about it.

Just an example as to why I think they should have just used a universal code for these partnered glyphs instead of one time usage codes. These glyphs were meant to be neat little things that the communities that follow these people can use, as well as a way for new people to become aware of the partner and maybe tune in. They shouldn't be used as an exclusionary and elitist thing where you have to both throw money at someone just to get a single use glyph code.

Exactly, i saw the glyph in game and though damn, i love that. Started digging and found it the glyph was a nobody i never even heard of till i saw that glyph. Was thrilled and wanted it badly, then i saw how power hungry that preson was...

so from what i understad it's a a streamer with very few fans that has a cool glyph, but really, really hates english and will be very rude to those that speak english. Also kicked all english speakers from their discord

They do have global codes for Warframe Partners who meet a certain threshold. I believe it is something along the lines of 50k followers or something like that but until they reach that amount then they have to be stuck with the one-time use only codes

Which is why the system is a little broken. If someone is a partner, they should all be on the same level, not given special treatment because of a certain follower number. If they didn't think a streamer had a large enough community or wasn't putting forth an image that embodies what Warframe is about, then they shouldn't have been so quick to give out partnership.
