2) You absolutely can do the espionage without killing and invisibility, don't rush and you'll eventually notice a pattern of always having one place open 24/7
Also, you're going to be finding Spy missions like this plenty more. It can be a bit different to get used to, but once you're familiar with the rooms and mechanics it becomes quite easy:

Take the mission slowly and watch enemy movements, try to avoid security cameras/guards, and anything else that might spot you.
On another note, you might be running the bow you started with. Don't. Once you get your mk-1 gear to 30, you'll want to have a new weapon ready and waiting to replace it. Most mk-1 stuff is specifically balanced for early game and is quite inferior to the regular versions. Simply by upgrading a mk-1 bow to the regular version you'll see quite a performance increase. You'll still need to level it to add in mods again, but its definately worth it. Weapon level alone only increases the mod capacity of that weapon, so unless you aded in a mod because of those 10 levels, nothing changed.
Warframe and weapon level doesn't mean more damage. Level= +capacity. Mod= -Capacity. Make your mods stronger with Endo, use right element mods to deal maximum damage at the factions.
im not saying bows are bad though
Bravo for useless message instead of telling him how to get a free Vectis.
OP: Go here: https://www.warframe.com/promocode
This code should give free Vectis: FN6B-8RML-MLH6-GM2N
Stealth finishers can be quite tricky for a new player. He would have to advance slowly, enemies are often in small groups who get alerted when they see a dead body or you kill their friend too close to them.
Since they take a lot more hits now, if things escalate he will be in trouble when stealth fails.
Best plan would be making mods stronger, use correct elements against Corpus (Slash, Toxin, Magnetic, Electric)
who, when , where, what?
my vectis suggestion was better than this im very sure.
