You definitly have way more time that you need. Don't hesitate to stop before shooting or before any vertical jump and you can use the double jump followed by a glide for the long horizontal jumps; it's slower but much easier.

i try to refrain form the typical "git gud" comment, but it sure is hard to resist whenever i read a "mastery-tests are soooo bad" thread (which we see here at least once a week).
anyway, you done the test AND you know that you can test run those test too - that is more than most, who come here to complain about the issue, know. therefore, i would say the test done it's job good by teaching you some things (even if only to be patient) - now collect more mastery points and happily look forward to your next mastery test ^.^
Bullet jump here, bullet jump there, control your trajectory a bit with aimglide, slide, or flip. Shoot enemies along your road, on ground, in air, behind cover. Bullet jump + double jump + front roll + aim glide + ctrl slide covers maximum range in a single airborne. Play more public missions, try to keep up with veterans, and these things will become a muscle memory.
Easy way to cheese it, the method I used for my actual qualification, was to bring a Titania.
BTW, there is actually arrows on the ground indicating the way you should go, so it is really not hard.
I finished it with about 43 seconds left, with two remaining red orbs.
Parkour to traverse vertical/horizontal plains and shooting while doing so are such core design mechanics in the game and that is what this particular test is simulating. If you don't grow comfortable with them, this is not the only test you're going to end up struggling on as you'll be tested in different settings, but with the same idea, quite a few more times. I'm not going to say something condescending like "git gud", but a game expecting you to be familiar with it's core mechanics as you go on in the game, is a standard part of gaming. Of course, you can get by without a lot of them, so it's completely up to you on how you play, but that's not an issue with the tests.
Try to kill people during bullet jumping and aim gliding, gives you great feeling for it
This may help you, there are a lot of Mastery Rank videos that explain things quite well.

i once again state that no test before or after is nearly as challenging. 1-10,12-16 are laughably easy compared to this.
Still, I suppose I can understand where the difficulty can come from. Though, save for the 19 test, I don't remember any of them giving me much difficulty. I'm not one to youtube this stuff for tips though, so maybe there was an easier way that I didn't do.
Just keep practicing instead of ranting on the forum.
I dont see anything wrong with it :/

If you wanna cheese it then try Zephyr but learn how to use her first and make a proper duration build which you will Test on Cephalon beforehand.
Its totally doable mate, you just need to learn to parkour. I know it seems hard now but next thing you know then you will be doing it without even thinking.
Try "light" warframes like Nova or Titania.
Here is how to cheese it with Titania.
