Cant Play Warframe "Invalid Platform" Steam Says

Hi guys
i was trying to play warframe today and was hopping for new mesa skin so i opend the luncher and it started to dl the update but when it got 100% update & luncher stucked so i close them and wanted to open the luncher again(i usualy do so) but now steam says Cant Update The Game Invalid Platform!
i played yesterday and im on win 10 64bit
anyway to fix this?

Try opening launcher's settings and clicking 'fix' or 'verify' game version, somehthing along those lines. Don't verify game content through Steam itself - it's likely to have an outdated version, but uf you do that from the game's launcher itself, it should fix the issue (assuming it's caused by the update not being installed properly).

i think that would fix it but i cant open the luncher from the steam or from the game folder
steam keep saying "invalid platform" and 2 .exe files from folders says "please run warframe from launcher"

...oh. I thought you're getting that message from the launcher itself when you're trying to press 'play'.

In that case, first, check the launcher's .exe's Properties, Compatibility tab. "Run in compatibility mode with..." should be unticked. Same with Steam's .exe/icon. Never saw this particular issue, so I probably wouldn't be able to help in more detail 'off the top of my head', but for now, you can try that.

In case that doesn't work, and neither I nor anyone else here would come up with other options, you can try Verifying game files through Steam, or even re-downloading the game (the former would require downloading and re-downloading some ~4 GB, the latter - obviously, the entire game, if either time or bandwidth are of the essence).

and check this out i dont have "Verify Integrity OF Game FIles" avalibale on steam wtf is this xD

Oh my. That's all colors of odd.

Just a wild guess - you're not in the Big Picture (or whatever it's called) mode, right? And the Verify Integrity is just not there in the tab, or is it greyed out?

UPD: if it's greyed out, according to this discussion, it might be a thing with Warframe and Steam in general. In which case, you might want to reinstall the game. Also, found a couple other threads about that issue, but no useful info aside from 'contact the support' is there...

steam just dont let me verify the game from that tab dunno why

there no other way that i can fix this? i realy should reinstal it?
because my internet slow and it wil take me 2-3days to download the whole game specialy through the luncher which sometimes buggy and cant donwload the updates in good speed

I've already done it. This update was just a bug fix i suppose.
