Do Lua missions have more than one puzzle room?

If I'm doing a Lua mission and I find a puzzle room, but it's not the one that I need, is it safe to extract and try again? Or can there be more than one?

Maps are random, so are puzzle rooms, there are severals of them and some would need more than 1 person to beat.

Max number of puzzle rooms that can spawn is 3. So it's always worth to run the entire map if looking for Lua puzzle rooms.
