How can there be a Valkyr Prime?
So if the Primes were the original prototypes, and Valkyr was a frankenstein-like monster created by Alad V, then how can there be a prime variant?

The thing that bothers me the most is that valkyr is known for being the ''angry'' frame but as we all know, frames are nothing but shells for the tennos, so what happens? does all tennos get maddog crazy when they connect to her?

They are like Personas, the Tenno just gets in character, wich is extremely weird considering Warframes are just power armor, Power Rangers effect i guess.

they arent power armor the umbra quest states they are people infected with the helminth strain of infestation to create organic drones to fight the sentients without having to worry about hacking. they went rouge started killing orokin which is when the teno were added to the mix using there powers to control the frames and supress the inherent rage and anger from the orokin body horror. this aplies to all frames umbras main diffrence before anyone claim that what i said was just umbra is ballus didnt wipe all its memories and left if with the knokledge that it killed its son as punishment for trying to reveal ballus selling out the orokin. this left umbra with more free will than the other frames but he is clearly not the only one with some remains of a mind

the rhino prime codex goes into depth on one of the warframes rampages against the orokin as well as the discovery of the tenno being able to calm them and your frames actions in the second dream show the frames all have some degree of will aside from the operator.

the question the op should be asking isnt why is valkry prime angry the ♥♥♥♥ the orokin pulled makes anything the corpus could dream up look tame. the question should why isnt every frame angry as hell like valkry, valkry prime and umbra given the process of making them and the rhino prime codex showing them pre tenno influence as being rampaging murder machines.

I think there are 3 models. Umbra frames, prime frames, and the frames we use today. Umbra are the ones based on sentient creatures, while prime and normal frames are just meat and metal.

I hate when people can't tell tenocyte golems, Warframe armor, and Umbra prototypes apart.

I'm probably just adding to something that was already said (because im too lazy to read what's already happened). But I read somewhere (wiki I think) that the final valkyr (non-prime) was what was able to be found from Alad V's testing (So, your just getting incomplete blueprints). The thing with primes is that your uncovering lost blueprints from the 'golden age' of the Orokin (your getting a complete blueprint directly from relics that hasn't been taken from a dismembered corpse). So, uh, no plot hole?

Probably just hidden in undiscovered relics.

Just straight up wrong. Like, not even close to the truth.

No, that's dude's pretty much correct.

You, however, are wrong about Warframe lore. Again.

Then explain what's so similar or different form the three, since you clearly are the authority in terms of Warframes and Infesteds.

Then explain what's so similar or different form the three, since you clearly are the authority in terms of Warframes and Infesteds.

A Warplatform is created by infecting a strong Human subject (willing or not) with a modified variant of the Technocyst strain, called Helminth. The subject is then forcefully morphed into a being with super strength, cyborbnetic-like augmentations and metal skin, and infused with Void Energy. It's memory is wiped in the process. Creating a sort of Humanoid Infested Golem.

The thing mentioned in the Rhino Prime codex is a Proto-Warframe of sorts, a prototype, untamed. We haven't actually seen what these look like, but I think we can assume an early version of a Warframe, probably a little rough around the edges and un-refined appearance. Hostile. Probably one in a long line of failures. Except this one escaped, and by chance showed the affinity between the Zariman survivors in statis and the Golem.

The Prime's are the first successful Golems. This time a Golem fitted with a Transference Bolt and controlled by an Operator (a Zariman survivor). The child being able to calm it, subdue it's rage and actually control it. Excalibur Prime is the first.

Umbra's came later. Seemingly a secret project by Ballas. Same tech and method as the Prime's, but modified. Excalibur Umbra seems to be created intentionally with some memories intact, and some sense of self too. Excalibur Umbra also doesn't seem to have a set Operator, however does seem to be capable of being Transfered into, but he doesn't like it. He can also resist it.

'Normal' frame's are attempts at the original Primes but with less exotic materials and crafting expertise. Still functional however. Possibly also intended for cheap mass production.

Where you get all this "Warframes are cyborgs" information?

Where you get all this "Warframes are cyborgs" information?

Not cyborgs, but they have cyborg-like tech in them. Neuroptics and systems for example.

First, i'm pretty sure those two come in the chasis, second, it still doesn't answer my question.

It's sorta implied. By the crafting blueprints for one. We also know cyborgnetics exist in the Warframe universe (Grineer, Solaris United, etc), it seems likely the Orokin would use some in their Super Soldier program, and by extention Warframes.

There's also the Transference Bolt, which is definitely not a natural thing.

However, since Technocysts are technically tiny pseudo-organic nano-robots, one could argue that the 'cyborgnetics' are included in the morphing process.

Ultimately a lot of the Warframe tech is unknown, and kept a secret. I guess someone who would really know is Ballas, or The Seven.

Even Alad V said the insides of a Warframe didn't make sense.

You keep avoiding my question and stretching this whole cyborg thing to the point that everything related to Tenno is cyborg stuff.
