look at buying this aura mod for ember but i need to know, is the re-gen rate per second or what??? "warframe energy re-gens +0.6 energy rate"

It's per second but you're better off not buying it for Ember because drain abilities like her 4 disable energy regenerating effects, you should use Corrosive Projection or Growing Power instead.

if you want energy regen on ember get yourself the penta with the mod
fire to the ground step on the fire congratz u got unlimitted energy

it's okay for the start imo but by endgame there are so many ways to get loads of energy quickly that other auras are better

Pretty much this, I wouldn't bother unless you wanna have it in your collection. You can get Medium Energy Pads blueprint from the dojo pretty early and the crafting cost is quite cheap. Later on you'll have access to Zenurik and Arcane Energize or even Large Energy Pads which will remove the struggle for energy entirely.
