Power Drift Mod

I've been using this mod for a while and its strenght is by default i haven't yet fuse it. So i decided to do so, but when i open my mods its not there! I moved back to the arsenal to check again did my eyes juked me, but mod was still used by tenno. So i take it off thought to myself maybe thats the problem, came back to the mods, sort them by the names and its still not showing in mods.
I need help solving this, is this mod not upgradeable or my tenno is bugged?

You don't need to sort it by name and look for it among the huge pile of visual pollution the game offers in the mods screen; just click the search bar and type the mod's name instead. If it doesn't appear like that, I'd suggest trying to relog.
