only thing discouraging you are your skills that need to be polished, and practice makes it perfect.
the trick is to bullet-jump up (ctrl+space while looking up) then double jump at your max height (space)

(also tips here : https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/Mastery_Rank )
don't forget you can practice the test in simaris room in relays...
Have you watched videos like the above to see how it's done?
Practice, practice, practice in any relay before taking it.
Run the advanced movement tutorial from your codex if you need a refresher on movement controls.
How do i practice in a relay? The only way i access THAT is by taking the mastery test and THEN i can only do it a few times until i fail.
Discouraging.
Whatever...
in Simaris Room (you can fast travel to it) there are small alcoves on the right side with every mastery test available to you that you can practice...
1. Stop.
2. Look straight up.
3. Hold your crouch button default is cntrl.
4. Hit Jump button default is Space.
5. At the pack of the jump hit Jump again.
6. Look in the direction of the platform.
Its not actually a full height jump.

You can also look i to using a not Rhino frame. Can also add a parkour velocity mod. All of these will extend your jump slightly but you shouldnt need them.
But yes, definitely practice. There's a timed Parkour one later that I was stuck on for months until I practiced it a bunch of times.
