How to get Cephalon Simaris standing?
I have Helios and have bounced between using the codex scanner and synth scanner. Neither of which works to build Cephalon Simaris standing. What builds this kind of standing? I have 28K, so I know some of the stuff I do builds the standing.

Helios scanning won't give you any standing. To obtain standing, you have to scan them all yourself. All helios did is filling your codex. Besides scanning everything with Simaris Scanner (must use Simaris Scanner, normal scanner won't give standing), you can hunt down synthesis target as well.

The large bulk of simaris standing come from going after targets he gives you.
