Its the Defense Target, otherwise it would be easy

i had the same requirements for my riven mod. Use frost with snow globe and spam his 4 to kill all enemies. Wasnt a big deal to complete.

Gara, Frost, Limbo, Nova Are the easiest. Any other wide range Nuke or CC frame can do it as well.

Use Hard cc/nuke frame.
Frost and spam 4, Limbo on infested...
And you can ask somebody to help you aswell.

it's NOT the warframe that can't get hit it's the cryopod that can't get hit AKA the thing i have to defend i can get hit all i want the object can not what don't you get

Limbo is the answer. If you're expecting troubles, just use Natural Talent. Also try Octavia with/or Zenistar on Eris defence. Vauban is a great choice too, particularly with Bastille augment.

I always go to the Void defense, throw out a Specter or two, play as Frost with like just 130-145% range, and sit there with cheesy aimless weapons. Sonicor, Zenistar, Prisma Gorgon/Soma Prime

You can pretty much ignore everything until Wave 5. At which point you will need to pay nominal attention.

There are really only one type of enemy you need to worry about and that is those little Corpus Meatballs because they have a ranged attack where pretty much every other Infested Enemy is going to rely on melee and will be dead before they reach the Defense Target.
