I am trying to build the dry dock but the game says that there is insufficient space

you may not have enough capacity in your dojo, I think building halls increases it

Dry Dock is very tall, so if there are any rooms on higher or lower floors where you want to build it, you'll see "Insufficient space" error.

So if i spam Extended corridors i will eventually get to build it?

It needs space vertically too, go to ur lowest room then pause , teleport , to something at highest floor , then press M and ull see whats under the space that u want to build, its gotta be empty from up ,down , left , right. im rebuilding my dejo because of it xD
also make sure u got enough power and space

you need to build the dry dock at the end of straight hallway
and can't have other room on top of it

my clan had to build it very far away because size .

we stacked 3 x Extended Straight Hallway in one line

Update: I spammed some extendeds and it worked out, turns out my parkour room was blocking it.
