Wow that is bad, even C rotation doesn't have enough.

It really shouldn't even been in the tables. It falls from enemies and containers/lockers. And especially in disruption, there are enough enemies as there is to make these pathetic x2-6 drops obsolete.

it should be 1-2 hundred, given how obnoxious they are to farm...

Nope, just removed from the table. Bump everything else up about 2%.
