On the subject of Umbral mods

So quick question, does the tau resistance granted by umbral mods work against Eidolons? Will it let me take less damage from the big suckers if I use the full set?

I don't think so, as with the adaptation mod resist many damage during a fight with Eidolon, never have I seen the Tau ones so no, it won't work unless said otherwise.

Not sure about most of the damage types the Eidolons use, but the 'Energy Spikes' pulse that the Teralyst has deals Magnetic damage, iirc.

Although, given that Eidolons are also Sentients, it should stand to reason that the Tau resistance should have some effect against them.
