Orokin reactors and auras.

Assuming you mean mod capacity, you level up the piece of equipment. Use it in missions and it will get xp (called affinity), each level it goes up increases the mod capacity by 1, to a max of 30. If you get an Orokin Reactor/Catalyst, you can install them on pieces of equipment to double your current capacity.

Aura-all will give your Warframe more mod capacity, matching polarities will give double.
Orokin Reactors/Catalysts-Depending on if doubling weapon capacity or Warframe capacity

As far as I'm aware of, they only drop from Nightwave rewards now, which replaced the now-gone alert system.

Special "alerts", usually (maybe always) titled "Gift of the Lotus", as well as Nightwave rewards and invasions.

Different Aura cards drop from different places ... some of the most commonly used are in Nighwave though.

An orokin Reactor can be purchased as an upgrade for 20 plat. Not an item you would put in just any old warframe unless you have a lot a plat around. If you are new I would avoid that until you are sure you are going to use the frame a lot. They are also rewarded in some missions but rare.

Once you can trade and get plat easier it becomes less of an issue.

Use radio in your ship to open Nightwave window or hit ESC and click on huge Nightwave button in the right bottom corner. It will open Nightwave challenges and Tier reward list. Unfortunately this Nightwave Seaspm ends this month on 15th so you have to hurry up. When this Season ends, any collected Wolf Credits will be lost and collecting begins from the start.

You complete Challenges that you see under Reward tier list. Advance to higher Tier and you will earn Wolf credits or other rewards. With Wolf Credits you can buy can Aura mods that Nora is selling (There is button in the bottom corner which takes you to Nora's Store)

Keep in mind that items in the store cycle each week. If you see nothing interesting this week, take a look at it next week.

Just gonna give a brief summary here since nobody seems to point to the wiki around here.

Capacity:
  • Each level of a piece of equipment, up to 30 (max), raises capacity by 1.
  • Your personal Mastery Level counts as a "pre-load" buffer - if you're MR6 for example, all equipment will start with 6 cap but will not gain more until that equipment exceeds level 6.
  • Equipping auras on Warframes and stances on melee weapons raise their respective capacities. Matching slot polarity doubles the increase.

Reactors[warframe.fandom.com]/Catalysts[warframe.fandom.com]:

Auras[warframe.fandom.com]:
  • Increase capacity for Warframes.
  • Grant their "mod" effect to entire party in missions, with unlimited range.
  • May be ranked up like any other mod, further increasing capacity and aura effect.
  • Since the addition of Nightwave, they are predominantly purchased with Wolf Creds through the Nightwave Cred Offerings (see link in Reactor/Catalyst section).
  • A rare few may be found through other sources, like Infested drops and free-roam bounties. A couple also drop from Silver Grove Apothic[warframe.fandom.com] repeatable spawns.

Stances[warframe.fandom.com]:
  • Like Auras, but for melee.
  • Change melee attacks and combos.
  • Predominantly found as drops.

Forma[warframe.fandom.com]
  • When used on a piece of max rank equipment, adds your choice of polarity to a slot.
  • Polarizing a slot resets the equipment to unranked.
  • May be repeated until all slots are polarized, and may be used to change the polarity of a polarized slot.
  • Not technically a capacity source, but since matching polarity cuts mod cost in half, it counts.
  • Acquisition:
    • Market 3-pack for 35 platinum (don't buy singles for 20 plat, that's a waste).
    • Invasions
    • Earth sabotage cache #3 (exceedingly low chance, but it happens).
    • Lua Octavia puzzle room - one of the two canisters that spawn.
    • Daily Tribute
    • Sorties
    • Operation: Plague Star (repeating in June) for 5000 standing.
    • Relics[warframe.fandom.com]
    • Derelict Defense[warframe.fandom.com] rotation C
    • Conclave[warframe.fandom.com] match reward
    • Rathuum[warframe.fandom.com] reward (lower chance than Earth sabotage)

Just to add to above there is an Aura also available from Fortuna bounties that is part of the Mecha series. It is part of the reward table for the bounties so it can be farmed a bit easier, you just have to wait for it to come up in a bounty you can do and hope it drops.
