The only way to adjust camera is to change the FOV in options
not this precisely, but you can try to increase the FOV (options/display) to see if you like it better
In this game you can pan around when not aiming or shooting and look as well. Oh the best I guess would be in captura and freeze frame a shot to pic.
That isn't really what the op is asking though... I have seen other games with a camera angle choice but not specifically designed around looking at your own gun... so it really doesn't seem too outrageous. <albeit a bit funny>
I know in this game you can look at it on the Arsenal screen, where you'd change your loadout - and the [square brackets] thing might also give you a visual of what the weapon looked like; though I'm not sure if that works with weapon skins.
