Lethal finishers after covert lethality nerf?

What do you think is the best weapon and mod configuration if we still want to get lethal Finishers? Ash Prime feels pretty bad without them. Is it still possible to one hit everything in the level 100-200 range?

If yes, which weapon with which mod configuration is capable of doing it? Are daggers still the best choice? I am afraid that I am just wasting resources by trying it out. I don't want to waste platinum, forma, time etc. on weapons that don't work anyway. :s

I would be very happy if I could make my fatal teleport build on ash prime work again.
