bring the cat out to the planes of eidelon and find a wild vampire cat.
when bitten your cat will gain a red aura

Then you make an imprint of it, then you breed a new Kavat with that imprint. Best to make two imprints (same way) to increase the chance of getting the Vasca.

Each imprint cures the affliction though, so you will need to get your Kavat infected each time you wish to make a new imprint.

Mine wasn't cured the first time I took an imprint but was the second time. I got him infected by two breeds of wild vasca though so maybe that was it. The mysteries of warframe condinue. ;)
