Can't craft Dual Cestras

When I try to buy blueprint from the market it says Requirments: Cestra: 2/1 Cestra: 0/1 I have plenty of secondaries to equip and open weapon slots, How do i fix this stupid glitch. The game is so broken I cant buy the funking blueprint because it doesn't think I have 2 cestras. most ridiculous thing ive ever dealt with and everyone just says its been like that forever, nothing can be done. Great support.

I may be wrong, after all i've only got close to 2k hours, but.. i'm pretty sure you can buy a blueprint regardless of whether or not you have the resources to build it.(Pardon if i wrote that wrong, i'm not even sure)
You just need the mastery rank.

I've heard people say that but no, you cannot buy blueprints unless you fulfill every last material requirement which cannot be done when it counts both weapons twice Cestra 2/1 0/1, how can people not see that this is a ridiculous crafting method, that requires a full blown tutorial just so you can craft dual weapons. I have 138 IQ and nothing I do works. God forbid you try to play this game with less than 100 iq.

138 IQ and you can't read where it says you buy the blueprint in energy lab of your clan dojo??

Must be the game being glitchy and telling you exactly where and how to get the blueprint.

Maybe your issue is just you don't understand the UI of Warframe's market that thousands of people have figured out before you.

Good thing you can just use a browser search to find Super Easy to Find Wiki Page for Dual Cestra[warframe.fandom.com]. With 138 IQ and an internet connection I assume you've figured out how to use browser searches.

Because its misleading that they put the ingredients there as if you can purchase it from the market, as you can with 75% of the items in the game.

Another thing people can figure out for themselves quite easily is that you can buy build Dual Cestra in the market for platinum. So maybe, just maybe, that is why you can see Dual Cestra in the market.

The fact that it even tells you exactly where to go to get the blueprint shows that the systems in place are very far from "garbage".

Your IQ is quite far below mine, not that IQ is any real measure of true intelligence since most IQ tests are about memorization and specific skills and not overall intelligence.

You are a perfect example of this flaw in the IQ system.
