Is the Bolto a popular weapon?

The only reason to use a Bolto is the augment Entropy Spike, but it comes no where close to outweighing the advantages of a Telos Akbolto or Akbolto Prime.

The absolute only reason to use a Bolto is for the Cephalon Suda mod to give its projectiles a chance to explode. But since it's only for the Bolto and not the Akbolto, and there's only the basic Bolto without any upgraded version, yeah, I'd dump that riven. You likely won't have good luck finding one of the small group of people who want to use the Bolto for the aforementioned reason.
