poster position?

you know how most players put 2 poster decorations on the side of the arsenal thing? yeah how do they do that because i've been trying to emulate that but there isnt enough wall there for me to position them correctly

I think what might be done in this case is they throw down something else to place the poster on first then remove said object. Because that's how you can make shelves etc in your orbiter as well. Or at least that's how I've done it.

You don't have to place posters on walls. There's an option that shows that has something like a checkbox, when it's unchecked it says Free Placement, and when it's checked it says maybe Wall Snapping. Have it set to Free Placement so that you don't have to place things strictly on walls. Have it float a bit in front of the walls instead, using the Constrained Movement to adjust it as you need.
