Atmo Systems = RNG hates me

I have ran 2nd profit taker mission repeatedly, a total of 175 runs, it has dropped atmo systems exactly 1 time IN 175 RUNS! I quit warframe for 3 months over this prior to returning when I couldn't get the 10 to rank up with little duck.
Rage quit, for 3 months....
Came back, decided to run it again. I have 175 runs since I have come back and have 8 of 10 needed. less than 2 min to run solo. 3 days back and already ready to just give up again.
Why the hell do they have to make it so it is rng? There is a system to pick rewards already built into the game. So say rolls common, you should be able to pick which one off that table you want for every mission. Why is this not a thing? They took away void keys and replaced it with a grindier system, added items with a 1% drop chance. 3K+ hours 2500 of that is in mission time. I have seen the game evolve, spent countless hours grinding. I guess I am just done. No end game, and the few things I have left shouldn't take 175 runs on 1 mission and still not get the drops I need. I have hundreds of toroids, 295 gyromag, 95 repeller, if I could just bring myself to run that stupid mission anymore could just do like I do with POE quills just walk in turn in some of the hundreds of cores I have and walk away... No point in this post just irritated the drop rate is so horrid.

Just do two or three runs a day and close the game and play something else. Sometimes I think the more I run a certain mission the less it will drop what I want as though the game is telling me to stop playing it. So I just stop.

Like you run the same mission a few times and suddenly they get much harder? IDK something is going on...

YEah probably right, as is now I usually just log in do sortie, log out, maybe do a few fissures. Been playing for like 5 years, not much I don't already have or have completed. This is the last thing in the game I have left to do other than chase ephemera, and that will NEVER happen. 1% drop is completely stupid imo.
