Quanta is meh.

But Quanta Vandal, sold by Baro Ki Teer every once in a while, is quite decent. There are better weapons than it, but if you focus on it, it should carry you nicely through the content.

Quanta Vandal is better imho. Have used both.

The only issue I have with the Quanta (Vandal) is the alt-fire, which should really be switched around with the primary-fire. It's one of those weapons where I think a primary/alt toggle would be greatly appreciated.
