cant find the sealabs drone
I've been stuck on uranus all afternoon, completed all junction requirements except for Natah, which requires me to find and scan a seadrone. I've done about a dozen missions on the sealabs tileset, but never saw one. I've heard the noise and seen the clue a few times, but then I searched the ENTIRE area and never saw anything like in the wiki or on youtube. I've watched a bunch of videos and apparently for all of them, they're just wandering around in the open. What am I doing wrong?

It's possible you are rushing and searching for the drones too far ahead, beyond their spawn. The blue filter effect means they are on an adjacent tile, not at the other side of the map. Also, notice that a tile can be made of more than just one room, so it's tricky, but still, they're nearby.

once you see the blue blinking happen, they're very close. So get your scanner ready and you'll see a sort of transparant figure in one of the connecting rooms. They should appear everytime by now since you've done a lot of the missions on uranus

Do they move around the area or despawn after a few minutes? I've searched the entire area of the ping again, nothing. I also tried to X-ray the area with my scanner, bot only saw normal enemies and crates, still nothing unusual.

The drones generally stay in the tile they spawned in and move around until threatened. The grineer will sometimes start shooting at them but rarely. Usually it will only react to you.

It does have a despawn basically where it moves on if you don't do anything to it, but it is a generous amount of time. If you don't run away then you should have plenty of time to find it.

Look up the natah quest on wiki it tells you everything you need to know.

I've already posted links to it in steam forums about several times because people keep posting the same thread instead of doing a 5 sec search.

Think there is also a weird spacey kind of short sound when they are or about to appear (been a while since i did any uranus missions)...

Okay, got it. The issue was that they disappear into the ceiling once you get too close. I snuck around till I saw their silhouettes trough the walls, equipped my scanner and ran towards them, scanning both. That seems to have worked. Still took me over a dozen attempts.

I did read the wiki beforehand but it doesn't mention anything about the drones disappearing into the ceiling once they notice you. Explains why I've been running around the maps unable to find them.
