Orb Vallis is locked behind Fortuna?

I have not played ... in eons... i believe 2016 was the last time i played. I am mastery rank 7 and there are tons of new stuff.

I noticed on Mars that Orb Vallis is a place I have not gone to, but it is "locked" and I need to go thru Fortuna. However, I have no idea what to do at Fortuna.

Speak to Eudico I think... check out the NPCs and she is the one near the lifts, kinda like how Konzu who hangs out near the gate at Plains.

There is basically a main npc in either of the hub areas. You talk to them and they tell you what to do which will be a basic mission in the large area. Talk to Eudico in Fortuna and she will tell you to go to orb vallis. You go there, do the mission and finish it by returning to Fortuna and from then on Orb Vallis will be unlocked.

It's Venus and yes you need to do a questy thingy to get in.

The problem is... i had access when i joined. I either already did the quest right when i left or it assumed i should have done the quests. I have several more planets opened, but I am trying to go back and do all the content on each planet to try and understand Warframe again.

To access valis eudico should start a compulsory mission for you. You might need to talk to some NPCs in fortuna to trigger it. It is not like usual quests that appear in your codex.

There are a few quest gates and new nodes that will have been tweaked or revised since you left.
