I don't like Cephalon Cy already.

I know I might be in the minority but if I can't have Ordis on my Railjack I'll be very unhappy with DE. Please give us an option to get different Cephalons, Ordis is my favorite character in the game.

Maybe that's the worst of his dry humour, maybe it's his best. Can't wait to find out.

I am not ashamed to say I am in the minority with you. Considering his story in the Lore, I adore Ordis and how he glitches, and fully believe he can have the same dry humor, like a bigger mainframe equals more room for personality ;)

However I do understand as why we now have Cephalon Cy, as the Voice actor for Ordis is either no longer with DE, was unavailable to record new lines, or flat out refused to do it.

Ordis will be missed.

There may be an option between Ordis or Cy (and possibly others?) since after all, DE did record a ton of lines said by Ordis (which was on the original reveal last year). Personally I don't see a reason to discard it. They are probably still making that call.

Kind comes off as trying to gave this "gotcha" moment, but eh this is the internet and how it was meant and how it can be taken are two different things. Either way Ordis is voiced by Mr. Mike Leatham, whom happens to be the Weapons Artist of DE, so here are sources:
