I build mine like this: https://youtu.be/-qjbu-u21XU?t=615
Also there's the Larkspur if you want more of the same. Personally I don't use the Atomos anymore since it necessitates using Carrier or you run out of ammo in 10 seconds and well, I like my Smeeta more these days and I have plenty of dank secondaries to use instead.
FYI Atomos is pretty fun to put Blast + Corrosive on and chain stun everything in sight as well, but Fire + Corrosive is fine too.
Note that multishot doesn't increase the number of chains it creates or anything like that, and range mods don't increase the range of the chains, just the initial beam
As far as I know, the only other chain-beam type weapons are the Amprex, Ignis, and kitguns that use the Gaze chamber. The Ocucor can chain to extra enemies from the gun itself if it makes any kills, but loses those extra chains when you reload (so some sort of way to circumvent reloading is a good idea, like the Synth mod set) and the Glaxion Vandal deals short AoE damage around the enemy it initially hits (although this is not a chain)
