You also always have the ability to kick enemies in the face, knocking them down. Doing a slide while in the air will kick any enemies who connect with your foot.

In all my time of Warframe I had no idea that drop kicking was an actual thing. I know it seems small, but you've also given me ideas. Something else to experiment with and possibly work into my repertoire.
So did DE apparently, until the Jovian Concord when they finally added a mod about it. Gale Kick, which converts your melee's base damage plus any + damage% mods into Impact damage for your foot.
You can use slow Nova or Rhino stomp and shoot the head. Radioactive damage works good but other elemental damages will work as well.
Hek and damage mods.

Can't use hek since I am trying to grind mastery for MR6.

You can always carry a good primary while you level secondary and vice-versa.

It's generally recommended that you bring at least one good gun when lvl'ing stuff. To deal with things like this or if Stalker decides to give you a surprise visit.

Yeah, but since i decided to use my starting platnium on the Volt Imortal skin I don't have many slots so the only really good weapon I have is the Hek, and part of the Nox issue was I though my paris was strong enough for a level 25 invasion.

But if he has too much health, you're gonna need a good weapon for damage.

the issue isn't really his health specificlly, but his toxin damage, killing him before me would work however. I'm pretty sure my Hek can't one shot him even with maxed out point-blank though so it wouldn't help to much because the charge.
Treat Nox as a miniboss and just get used to him being hard to kill. For any low level frame or weapon he will be a bullet sponge. Shut down powers like Mags 2, excalibur and volts stuns rhino stomp etc can help control the fight and keep him from rushing you.
Just roll? IIRC, his goo does not explode instantly and rolling removes all such stuff from your warframe. Will still have to avoid goo on the floor, of course.

if you want to insta kill them with a excalibur you can use Covert Lethality and any dagger you have, that will insta kill them regardless of how much HP or LV they had.

you just need to use Radial Blind and perform a finisher attack, ofc you need the mod for that, the mod its pretty cheap and you can buy it from 7 pl.
I personally don't like to recommend Covert Lethality to new players. It could become a big crutch and doesn't help you learn the fundamentals.

At early levels, Heavy Gunners and Nox are the main things that can kill you so you'll most likely learn how to mod your weapons and use your skills better inorder to kill them.

he want help to deal with those enemies, I give him the best way to do it, I don't see the problem with that, you "Ideals" are out of the picture here, he needs help not lessons on how to play the game your way.

also who cares, at the end he will ending using whatever is faster like everyone else, modding is not rocket science, he will be fine.
CC if you can't kill him quickly and try to pop the helmet. If you don't have good gear that's really all you can do. Try to build corrosive damage if you can.
Nox and Heavy Gunner are really tough as early opposition, theres hardly a good ticket against them other than actual teamplay. They will go down fast under concentrated fire.

If you really cannot stand them, i recommend you grind out Revenant on Earth, he cannot die while his 2 is active. Meantime while you grind the bounties for his parts, youll get enough mods and other goodies you can sell to get plat and increase your slots. The Plague Star event did make many of the good set mods like Vigilante Armaments drop in price considerably, but some, like Augur Secrets still goes for 30p. You also get the focus lens you can sell for quick buck or hold on them for later as youll need them to build up your skills.

If you're running someone like Volt, don't forget that his 1 has an innate stun effect. So if you're having trouble surviving hits, you could try zapping him in place while you whittle away his health.
