Thicc-ness of the Frames. Over sexualized?

I love warframe, and damn I love my thicc frames, but I'm curious as too what people think of some of the frames being painfully thicc ( very sexualized ). Is it a marketing move? Is it just for fun? Is it just a meme? Ps: Not looking to cause controversy, just thought I'd might be a fun discussion.

See, that right there tells me that you're not "serious" or offended, which is good.

That being said, Wisp is probably the most extreme case and even then, I don't feel like it's marketed as "here's booty". It's more something you see AFTER she is already in your arsenal or if you watch a lot of streams/YouTube. Everything else that is "thicc" is mostly from the playerbase sexualizing frames, not the developers.

Besides it's basically what you've just said on your original post anyway, a Marketing Move to pull some thirsty players, for Fun to create the design, a meme for some of us since thicc is part of a meme material.

I wouldn't really say robot is the right word for it, considering robot usually implies some form of automation. Barring Umbra, Warframes haven't been very autonomous save for that one scene in TSD, although some people argue that it was just the operator doing that one.

They're more like puppets. In the words of Hunhow - no self, no sense, no death. Just metal puppets, dangling on Tenno string.

Well they're not cyborgs either. I guess the closest accurate analogy would be a military drone, remote controlled from a distant location. If, you know, you gave drones swords. But there's also clearly some inherent AI in play. Unless you really think the Operator knows how to manually do a spin-the-pistol-to-eject-the-magazine-before-slapping-a-spinning-reload-in motion absolutely perfectly and on the very first try. My warframe does this all the time with my kitgun.

Not over sexualized... except for maybe by the people who make WF pr0n and those who watch it. Same for the lewd fanartists. I don't really look at them and think to myself, "Man, I'd love to bust them cheeks." I'm not sexually attracted to frames in the slightest, even if they are 'THICC'. However, I do recall a lot of people complaining about how x frame doesn't have big enough tits or booty... so maybe it's just 'fanservice'.

I think this game is far from oversexualized. Even Wisp is in the "reasonably human" category. Also, why are people talking about this now? Rhino and Volt are completely fine but Wisp is too much?
